How to make a real Italian pasta dish!

It's easy and fun.

STEP 1

Open your box with anticipation: you will find the fresh, handmade ORO PASTA pasta, produced according to the ancient Italian tradition. Are you drooling yet?

Prepare a pot with at least 2 liters of water.

STEP 2

As soon as the water starts to boil, add a handful of salt. It is important to add salt when the water is boiling and never before.

STEP 3

Immediately after the salt, add the pasta to the pot (keep an eye on the clock, the countdown begins!)! Check the cooking times on the back of the card that came with your ORO PASTA products.

STEP 4

Gently stir your pasta with a ladle (if you want to be a pro, use the wooden one). To prevent it from sticking, you can add a drizzle of olive oil (a little Italian trick for you). When you are almost at the end of cooking, taste the pasta, you will know if it is already ready. And remember: real Italian pasta is eaten al dente!

STEP 5

Drain the pasta with a colander or with a skimmer. What’s the difference? We use the colander if we don’t have to toss the pasta in the pan. We use the skimmer if we have to saute the pasta with the sauce and cream the cheese (optional) over low heat.

STEP 6 - Creaming

Gently stir until all the ingredients are perfectly combined.

To distribute the sauce and cheese, saute the pasta with a soft and fluid movement of the wrist and make sure the pasta rises and then falls back into the pan. Creaming takes two minutes.

STEP 7

Now, if you want, you can add a personal touch (such as a drizzle of EVO oil, or chili oil, a sprinkle of pepper, a spice or an aromatic herb, and why not, a bit of real Parmisan cheese.

And now: l’ITALIA E’ A CASA TUA!
