All of our food products are produced the morning of your ship date. We ship all of our food products in boxes that maintain the quality and freshness of all food products during transit. All food products are stored and maintained at the proper temperature required by the Department of Health and Department of Agriculture.

Our pasta kits can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 14 days. Anyway, we recommend cooking and eating it right away to enjoy the best of its freshness.

You can choose your delivery time at checkout. Orders can be placed the day before your desired delivery time.

All orders are shipped from monday to saturday and will be delivered within an hour, depending on your delivery address. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once your order has shipped.

Just to be safe, please read carefully the list of allergens listed for every product. If you want a menu item adjusted based on your requests, you can email us at [email protected] before ordering.
All orders will be delivered within 1h based on the delivery time you choose. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once your order has shipped. If your order has shipped but is experiencing delays, or has been lost in transit, please reach out to [email protected] as we can further investigate the situation.
Our recipes can be kept in the fridge for 1 day after delivery. So, if your pasta is delivered on a Monday it should be consumed by the end of Tuesday.
All our recipes include everything you need to prepare the dish in question, from fresh pasta, sauce, garnish and a QR code with step-by-step instructions.

My QR doesn’t work: You can access a PDF copy of your recipe instructions by visiting
the “How to cook” section of our website oropasta.com.

We aim to have all of our deliveries complete by 5 p.m. each day.
The meat used in our recipes is not Halal or Kosher. For those seeking Halal options, we recommend looking for the ”(Vegetarian)” or ”(Vegan)” ending at the end of a recipe’s name on our menu.
You’ll find nutritional information for all our recipes on our website (click the recipe on our menu and scroll down) or in our physical recipe booklets that are included with your order.

We do our best to forecast how many servings of a recipe we’ll need to satisfy demand. Occasionally, one or two dishes are particularly popular and sell out. We therefore recommend placing your order as early as possible in the week for maximum choice.
